Americus Playing for Community Integration Tour Alternative Baseball Game

AMERICUS, Ga. – Alternative Baseball is inviting the public to Americus for their 3rd annual Playing for Community Integration Tour.

This unique exhibition game features a team of players with disabilities taking the field alongside local community leaders.

The goal? To promote community integration, empowerment, and encouragement for people with disabilities… All through America’s favorite pastime.

The game will be seven innings long, or about two and a half hours. Tickets are donation-based, with all proceeds supporting Alternative Baseball’s mission and future games.

The game will be played at 1 pm on Saturday, April 26th at the Thomas Bell Stadium, located at 401 Bell Street in Americus.
