Albany Utilities is informing customers of a temporary delay in billing

ALBANY, Ga. – Albany Utilities is informing customers of a delay in billing which was caused by an issue with transferring billing data to a third-party billing provider.

Due to this issue, a small number of customers may have received inaccurate paper bills during this billing period.

Out of an abundance of caution, the City temporarily paused billing operations until the issue was fully resolved. Billing operations have now resumed, and customers can expect to receive their bills soon.
