Albany to honor the legacy of Lt. Cliff Rouse with 13th annual Memorial Ride on Saturday
ALBANY, Ga. – This Saturday, October 4th, the Albany community will honor the legacy of Lieutenant Cliff Rouse at the 13th Annual Memorial Ride. Registration begins at 9 a.m. at the Albany Museum of Art (AMA), 311 Meadowlark Drive, with kickstands up at 10 a.m.
Lieutenant Rouse, an 18-year veteran of the Dougherty County Police Department (DCPD), tragically lost his life in the line of duty on December 23, 2010, while responding to an armed robbery call. This annual ride celebrates his service and sacrifice, raising funds for the Georgia Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors and providing support to families of fallen officers.
The event is open to all riders and offers a meaningful way to pay tribute to a dedicated public servant.
