Albany Symphony Orchestra to host inaugural Symphony Gala, “A Night at the Oscars”

ALBANY, Ga. – The Albany Symphony Orchestra (ASO) is bringing Hollywood glamour to South Georgia with its inaugural Symphony Gala, “A Night at the Oscars.” The event will take place Saturday, September 20th, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Merry Acres Event Center.

Guests can look forward to an elegant evening featuring live performances by a harpist, string quartet, oboe duo, and brass quintet. The celebration also includes a cocktail hour, silent auction, and dinner, with all proceeds supporting the Symphony’s educational outreach programs.

Organizers encourage attendees to “dress to impress” for the red-carpet occasion. Tickets are $150 each and can be purchased online or by contacting the Albany Symphony Orchestra.
