Albany Symphony Orchestra kicks-off season with movie-themed concert

ALBANY, Ga. – The Albany Symphony Orchestra is opening its 2025-2026 season, “American Voices,” with a concert that brings the magic of the movies to life. The event takes place Saturday, October 25, at 6:30 p.m. at the Albany Municipal Auditorium.

The performance will feature music from some of Hollywood’s most iconic films, including Titanic, The Godfather, Star Wars, The Lion King, and James Bond’s 007.

Audience members are invited to dress up as their favorite movie characters, adding a fun twist to the evening just in time for Halloween weekend.

The concert is open to the public, with a suggested donation of $15 to support the symphony’s community programming.
