Albany Locksley Lane shooting suspect in custody
Before Tillman complied with officers, he barricaded himself inside the location, but was eventually taken into custody. Tillman faces charges of aggravated assault.
ALBANY, Ga. – Around 2 p.m. on July 28th, Albany Police officers responded to the 2100 block of Locksley Lane in reference to a shooting.
The suspect, 28-year-old James Tillman, shot a 37-year-old male in both legs.
The victim was transported to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
