Albany community saddened by loss of “Albany flag man” James Brown

According to a post on the Albany Police Department Facebook page,

“The Albany Police Department is sorry to hear about the recent passing of Mr. James Brown. Mr. Brown was very kind and supportive man of the officers of the Albany Police Department.
Mr. Brown was always seen waving the American flag rooting on citizens. Our officers will truly miss him waving his flag with pride and showing love whenever you pass by.”
