(TIFTON, GA) – A Tift County principal is going to represent the state of Georgia on the national level.

Dr Stephanie Morrow, the principal of Annie Belle Clark Elementary School, was named a 2020 national distinguished principal by the Georgia Association of Elementary Schools.

Morrow will represent Georgia at the national distinguished principal banquet later this year.

She says that her nearly 26 years of experience as an educator shines in the more than 700 students that make up Annie Bell Clark.

Morrow tells us, “To be able to give back, in this type of service was and is an ultimate goal for me. And to attain it and to be recognized at the national level, it’s such an honor and a blessing.”

Morrow said she will be told more about her award during the Summer before the national banquet in October.
