Clouds begin to invade Thursday PM and possibly an afternoon rain shower.

Better chance for a few showers on Friday.

Temperatures soar above average by the end of the weekend into early next week.

Then, a potential heat wave builds across the region with temperatures reaching the mid-90’s with heat index “feels-like” readings possibly approaching 100° by midweek next week.
