U.S. Senate passes Ossoff sponsored bill for sex harassment victims
Georgia's U.S. Senator co-sponsored the legislation now bound for President's desk and signature

WASHINGTON, DC — Today the U.S. Senate unanimously passed a landmark bipartisan bill to help Americans who have been targeted by workplace sexual assault and harassment secure justice.
Sen. Ossoff was a co-sponsor of the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act to end forced arbitration for survivors of sexual assault and harassment and give them the chance to bring their case to court.
Sen. Ossoff championed passage of the legislation and had been urging Senate leadership to bring it to a vote. He helped advance the legislation out of the Senate Judiciary Committee last fall.
“I championed this bill to ensure Georgians aren’t prevented by their employment contracts from seeking justice for workplace sexual assault and harassment,” says Ossoff.
