“Great Bowls of Fire” Chili Cook-Offs in Adel and Nashville this Saturday
ADEL, Ga. – South Georgia is bringing the heat this weekend with not one, but two “Great Bowls of Fire” Chili Cook-Offs happening Saturday, February 21, in Adel and Nashville, giving chili lovers plenty of chances to taste, compete, and enjoy some hometown fun.
In Cook County, Adel Main Street is hosting its 2nd Annual “Great Bowls of Fire” Chili Cook-Off from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 125 South Hutchinson Avenue in downtown Adel. The event is open to the public and will feature chili tastings, friendly competition, and family-friendly fun as local cooks battle it out for top honors. NASHVILLE, Ga. – Meanwhile, in Berrien County, Nashville Main Street is hosting the 16th Annual Original “Great Bowls of Fire” Chili Cook-Off from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Nashville Community Center, 102 North Jefferson Street. The longtime community favorite includes chili tastings, awards, and a lively downtown atmosphere.
