Wrong-Way Driver Accused Of Driving Under The Influence In Fatal Highway 99 Crash

A driver of a stolen vehicle allegedly led police on a chase in Elk Grove and onto Highway 99, headed the wrong way. He then collided head-on with another vehicle at the Stockton Boulevard on-ramp, killing his passenger.
