Legacy Martial Arts brings back R5 Fitness Camp in Adel

ADEL, Ga. – As the new year gets underway, many people are looking for ways to turn fitness goals into action, and a popular program is returning to Adel to help do just that.

Legacy Martial Arts is bringing back its R5 Fitness Camp, beginning Tuesday, January 20, at 6:45 p.m. The six-week program is open to teens and adults of all fitness levels and is designed to provide a full-body workout in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Participants rotate through multiple training stations that include boxing, kickboxing, strength training, core workouts, and conditioning drills. Organizers say everyone starts at the beginner level and progresses at their own pace, making the camp accessible whether you’re new to fitness or looking to push yourself further.

The cost for the program is $125 and includes 12 sessions over six weeks. As a bonus, the first 15 people to register will receive a free pair of pro-style MMA gloves, a $40 value. Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged.

The camp takes place at Legacy Martial Arts, located at 1221 West 4th Street in Adel. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water.
