Elevated fire danger due to gusty winds and low relative humidity. Another freeze in low-mid 30s to start out New Year’s Day. Milder air mass arrives for first weekend of the New Year. Rain showers Friday night lingers with possibly an embedded thunderstorm Saturday afternoon. Drier with slightly above average temperatures next week.
