Dougherty County Police Department investigates armed robbery on Cordele Road

DOUGHERTY CO., Ga. — On Sunday, Dec. 14, 2025, at approximately 8:46 p.m., the Dougherty County Police Department responded to a reported armed robbery at the Stop and Shop located at 700 Cordele Road in Dougherty County.

Preliminary information indicates that two suspects entered the store armed with firearms and stole money from the cash registers. Surveillance video captured the incident, and still photographs have been obtained from the footage.

The Dougherty County Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals depicted in the still images.
