Valdosta Fire Deptartment responds to fire at Fazoli’s restaurant
VALDOSTA, Ga. – On Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 9:15 PM the Valdosta Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at 1307 N. St. Augustine Road. Valdosta Fire units arrived on scene in less than three minutes, to find heavy smoke and flame coming from the roof of a small fast-food restaurant. Valdosta Fire personnel quickly extinguished the fire and confirmed that no one was inside. The restaurant staff evacuated and called 911 when a customer in the drive thru alerted the manager that the building was on fire.
No injures to civilians or fire department personnel were reported. The Valdosta Police Department and South Georgia EMS assisted with on scene operations.
