Comfortable humidity, cooler than average mornings and afternoons warming near to or slightly above average for the the remainder of the week. Rain-free conditions persist as well. Last measurable rainfall in Albany, GA just over 1/4″ on August 30th. Abnormally dry conditions may spread across the area with no appreciable rain in sight any time soon.

In the tropics, the tropical Atlantic remains eerily quiet as we approach the climatological peak of the hurricane season. Tropical cyclone development is not expected during the next 7 days.
