Albany Utilities to close early on Wednesday

ALBANY, Ga. – On Wednesday, August 20, 2025, Albany Utilities Customer Service will close at 11:30 a.m. for administrative purposes.

Customers will still be able to pay online at myauportal.albanyga.gov, which is available 24/7.

The drive thru will reopen for its standard business hours on Thursday, August 21, 2025.

Currently, the inside customer service area is still closed for maintenance repairs.
