Portion of Pine Avenue to Close for Construction

ALBANY, Ga. – On Thursday, May 22, at 8 a.m., the 200 block of Pine Avenue will be closed for construction on the Combined Sewer Separation (CSS) Project.

Eastbound traffic will be routed through to Washington Street by detour signs. Pine Avenue will be closed in the 100 block for westbound traffic.

Washington Street will be closed at the Broad Avenue through the Pine Avenue intersection.

Detour signs will be posted in the area to help guide drivers.

Drivers should plan to take alternate routes or plan for delays.

Work is expected to last three weeks or until the work is complete.
