The Anchorage for Women Groundbreaking Ceremony

ALBANY, Ga. – The Anchorage of Albany is breaking ground on its new Women’s Recovery Campus Thursday, May 22 at 11 a.m.

This faith-based facility is designed to support women in their journey to overcome addiction, mirroring the organization’s long-standing work with men in the community.

The event will include a prayer vigil and a special scripture-writing activity, where attendees can write Bible verses on the walls of the building, infusing the space with hope and faith from the very beginning.

The ceremony will take place at 2908 Gillionville Road. Refreshments will be provided, and all are welcome to join in this momentous occasion.
