Portion of 4th Avenue to Close for CSS Construction

ALBANY, Ga. – Beginning Monday, May 5, 2025, at 8 a.m., 4th Avenue will be closed between N. Madison Street and Palmyra Road for the Combined Sewer Separation (CSS) project.

Work is expected to last about a month or until the project is complete.

Drivers should plan alternate routes and avoid the area until crews have cleared the roads.
