Crisp Co. Sheriff’s Office apprehends wanted man on multiple warrants
CORDELE, Ga. – Also in Crisp County, around 1:30 Friday afternoon, a deputy recognized 18-year-old Sanchez Lucas, who had multiple warrants, close to the Learning Center on 22nd Avenue West.
The deputy put Lucas in handcuffs, and a search of Lucas’ backpack found a loaded magazine and a bottle of hydrochloride syrup, with a black handgun on the ground.
He was taken to the Crisp County Detention Center, and was originally charged with Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Pistol by a Minor, Criminal Trespass, and Reckless Conduct.
With additional charges including, Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Dangerous Drugs.
