Pearson mayor granted $75K bond after February 6th arrest
PEARSON, Ga. – On Thursday, Pearson mayor Robert Johnson was granted a $75,000 bond for his arrest on February 6th.
He will remain mayor until he is indicted, convicted, pleads guilty, or suspended, but must wear an ankle monitor at all times, and be accompanied by law enforcement inside city hall.
Mayor Johnson is charged with Violation of Oath of Office, Bribery, Fraud, and Theft.
