Coffee Co. sex offender arrested for failure to register address change

DOUGLAS, Ga. – Coffee County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested 40-year-old William Fender for failing to register his new address as a sex offender.

He is being kept in the Coffee County Jail and could face up to 30 years in prison.
