Medical:
- Albany Area Primary Health Care (AAPHC) reopens at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 23
- Phoebe Health System: Due to continued hazardous road conditions, we are making changes to our clinic hours of operations to ensure the safety of our staff and patients.
Our Urgent Care Centers at Phoebe East and Phoebe Northwest are open until 5 p.m. Wednesday.
All other Phoebe Physicians urgent care, primary care and specialty care clinics are closed today and will reopen at 11 a.m. Thursday.

Procedures at our Digestive Disease Center at Meredyth Place are continuing this afternoon as scheduled.
Warming Centers:
- Albany Transit Center at 300 W. Oglethorpe Boulevard 6:30 p.m.-7:00 a.m. Thursday, January 23
- Valdosta: Women’s Building located at 1409 N Patterson St and QUOLA Soup Kitchen located at 115 E Florida Ave.
