City of Albany Job Fair at Civic Center
ALBANY, Ga. – The City of Albany rolls out the welcome mat for eager job seekers.
Albany residents came out with their resumes, seeking employment opportunities with various city departments.
Participating departments included transit, the Albany Police Department, Public Works, Utility Operations, Recreation & Parks, and more.
Representatives from each department were available to provide detailed information about available positions, engage in discussions with attendees, and conduct on-site interviews. For candidates who showed strong potential, follow-up interviews were also arranged.
The City of Albany also offered a computer lab with application assistance to support job seekers during the event.
The positions highlighted at the fair came with a comprehensive benefits package, which included medical insurance, access to on-site health and wellness clinics, educational reimbursement, and other incentives.
