Albany Police identify person of interest in Grant Place shooting

ALBANY, Ga. -The Albany Police Department (APD) has identified a person of interest in an ongoing homicide investigation.

On Friday, officers responded to a shooting in the 300 block of Grant Place around 12:50 a.m. 19-year-old Aaron White was shot and later died at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

Investigators are now searching for 19-year-old Trinity Jenkins in connection with the case.
