49-year-old arrested for alleged Wendy’s burglary

ALBANY, Ga. – On Sunday, officers arrested 49-year-old Ramon Smalls.

Smalls reportedly broke into the storage building at the Wendy’s located on Dawson Road, and stole boxes of chickens and fries. While he was being questioned, smalls damaged an interview room at the law enforcement center.

Smalls was charged with burglary in the second degree, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, and interference with government property.
