13-year-old Albany girl steals car, crashes near Phoebe
ALBANY, Ga. – In Albany, a 13-year-old girl allegedly stole a car and collided with another vehicle before crashing into a fence and trees.
The incident occurred around 9:15 a.m. Friday morning on the 600 block of West Society Avenue.
After driving a short distance, the teen struck another car on North Monroe Street before crashing.
The Albany Police Department (APD) reported that the teenager has been transported to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and is receiving treatment for serious injuries.
