Part 1: Online health and fitness coach ZsaTiera White

LOS ANGELES, Cal. – “My name is ZsaTiera White, and I’m an online health and fitness coach, and I got started basically from being a personal one-on-one trainer. I love the experience of helping people, having those conversations, creating relationships where people are just trying to figure out what works best for them. What I love about what I do is I bridge the gap between people who feel like they want to work out and be healthy versus finding out what are those important things that actually take you from being unhealthy to actually being healthy,” said ZsaTiera White, online health & fitness coach.

I’m sure that you have experienced many different clients, when it comes to being healthy, there are many different body types and there are different body types that react to different things. So, can you explain how you go about catering to the different clientele that you have?

“As a online health and wellness coach, I do run into different types of people, and I always start with the foundation, water, movement, just trying to have one plant-based meal a day and making sure you’re doing your stretching. I train women from ages 25 up until, I think my eldest client is 74 years young. So, it all starts with the foundation and the main thing that we take care of is making sure we’re hydrating your body, making sure your body is getting the proper movement for the type of lifestyle that you have, making sure that we are strengthening our body, because we have to strengthen those muscles. A lot of people don’t realize how important it is if you’re going to do the cardio walking aspect that the strength component is more than important, then that moving around component. I start with the foundation and the basics, and from there I’m able to see what type of lifestyle you live, what’s going to work best for you and your time,” she said.

“I have clients who have never seen a gym at all, because that’s just not in their time cards. As some women who go to the gym three times, four times a week. So, it’s a matter of just figuring out what works best for you, because when it comes to my clients, I tell them the most important thing is what is the thing that you can do for the rest of your life. If I tell you to go to the gym, but you know that this is only something you can hold up for 4 months. Then, we can’t sustain that. I can’t give you the proper results because even if I can help you see change in those four months, I want you to be able to be healthy and see change for the rest of your life. So, it just really depends on who you are and what your lifestyle is. But, the main component is making sure it’s something that you can do for the rest of your life,” she said.
