Suspect arrested in Circle K shooting incident
ALBANY, Ga. – On Monday, December 4th, Albany law enforcement responded to a shooting incident at the Circle K located at 300 East Oakridge Drive.
Upon arrival, a male victim was discovered, suffering multiple gunshot wounds.
Shortly after the incident, 24-year-old Jaylin Luster, identified as the suspect, was apprehended at the scene. Investigations revealed an ongoing dispute between Luster and the victim, leading to a physical altercation at that location.
The victim is reported to be in stable condition. Luster was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
