Crisp Area Arts Alliance Gallery 41 hosts pottery artist Kirby Gregory exhibit through October

CORDELE, Ga. – Thursday evening, an artist reception was held at Gallery 41 in Cordele, featuring the beautifully detailed work of pottery artist, Kirby Gregory.

Kirby Gregory is a potter renowned for his work with high-temperature stoneware. His expertise extends beyond the studio, as he has conducted demonstrations and workshops in numerous locations across Georgia and Florida.

In 2008, Kirby established a studio in Albany, where he offered hand building and wheel-throwing classes, along with a selection of finished pottery and pottery-making equipment and supplies for sale.

After a successful 13-year tenure in east Albany, Kirby is currently in the process of relocating his studio to Tifton. During the reception, he elaborated on the specific pieces featured in the gallery’s display.

Kirby Gregory’s work will continue to be on display through October 31st. You can visit the Crisp Area Arts Alliance Gallery 41 at 302 North 7th Street in downtown Cordele.
