APD makes multiple arrests in suspected gang fight

ALBANY, Ga. – On October 11, 2023, officers responded to the 300 block of Slater King Dr in reference to an aggravated assault. The victim advised he was jumped by several males and females, some of whom were in possession of firearms.

Sheveon Walker (23) was arrested obstruction, escape, and theft by taking. Alexis Toomer (23) was arrested for obstruction. Tiona Walker (22) was arrested for obstruction. Paris Tolbert (19) was arrested for obstruction. Kenyun Walker (22) was arrested for aggravated assault and possession of a firearm. Jaquez McCray (17) was arrested for aggravated assault. Chauncey McCray (18) was charged with aggravated assault. Additional charges are pending.
