City of Albany Recreation & Parks Department now hiring

ALBANY, Ga. – The ARPD are excited to announce that the department is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill part-time and temporary positions.

If you are passionate about the Good Life City, the Albany Recreation & Parks Department are currently looking for individuals to join the team.

Recreation and Parks Interim Athletics Superintendent, Cayla Moore gives more information on the available positions.

“Right now, we have the recreation supervisor positions that’s full time. We have rec aid that we’re looking to hire through the City of Albany that’s full-time as well. We also have temporary positions that we are hiring for. Those positions are rec aid in athletics, rec aid in centers and gyms, and rec aid for the administrations office,” said Cayla Moore, Interim Athletics Superintendent.

How to apply?

“For our temporary positions, you will need to call the main office, the number is (229)-430-5222, you will call the front desk and they’ll set up an interview time for you to come in and talk to the managers on duty,” said Moore.

And for the city positions…

“You go to the City of Albany website and fill out an application and apply for those positions,” said Moore.
