Albany BOLO: Brandon Stroud
Stroud was court ordered on 12/19/2022, to stay away from Deshawn Holsey but on 5/11/2023, Stroud went to Holsey’s place of employment, asked him who he was, and then spit in his face before driving off.
ALBANY, Ga. – The Albany Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau would like the public’s assistance with locating Brandon Bernard Stroud (25), wanted for the charge of Aggravated Stalking.
