Dooly County Homicide Arrests

VIENNA, GA – Vienna Police Department and the Dooly County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home on Kelly Lane in Vienna to find 28-year-old Gequeesha Tanay Williams with a neck injury.

It was initially reported to police that the injury was the result of an accident.

Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.

The GBI was requested for assistance on March 17th and have arrested three individuals in connection to Williams’ death.

22-year-old Jakaya Brooks was arrested and charged with malice murder, felony murder, and aggravated assault.

40-year-old Robbie Brown and 46-year-old James Dariso, both of Vienna, have also been arrested and charged with making false statements.

All 3 defendants are in the Dooly County jail.
