It’s been a dreary, messy, damp day on this Monday. Overnight, expect more of the same with cloudy skies and areas of patchy fog and/or drizzle.
Tomorrow will feature mostly cloudy skies, and finally some peeks of sunshine.
Big changes arrive midweek. A strong storm system will approach from the west late Wednesday, moving into the area on Thursday morning into the afternoon.
There is a Slight Risk (level 2/5) of strong-severe thunderstorms. Main threats are damaging wind gusts, locally heavy rainfall, and chance of an isolated tornado.
Then, much colder air invades Friday, as temperatures tumble into the 50’s for highs & lows 30’s.
