The fog may not be as widespread as this morning, but still locally dense, especially for the southwestern corner of SWGA.

Visibility drops to one quarter mile or less.

Slow down, allow for extra time if traveling, and use the low beam headlights.

TOMORROW:

Partly cloudy. Patchy dense morning fog. Highs in the upper 70’s-around 80.

The unseasonably warm pattern holds the rest of the week, with perhaps a gentle cooldown by the weekend, but still mild.

Then, a strong storm system midweek is the one that may unleash the colder air from northern latitudes and possibly severe thunderstorms ahead of it.
