3 puppies stolen during break-in from Albany Humane Society safely returned

ALBANY, Ga. – And, in another recent development over the weekend, the three puppies, which were taken during a break-in at the Albany Humane Society on March 19th, have been successfully located and returned safely.

The Sally Wetherbee Adoption Center of Albany Humane Society shared on social media that the puppies have been safely returned and underwent medical examination by professionals.

On Friday, the Albany Humane Society had announced a $1,500 dollar reward for the safe return of the stolen puppies. It remains unclear whether anyone has received the reward for the puppies’ return or the circumstances surrounding their return.

As of now, the Albany Police Department (APD) has not made any arrests in this case, but they are still seeking an identified person of interest.

30-year-old, Darius Dentrall Parker is still wanted for questioning regarding this incident.
