3 arrested for the 500 block of Dorsett Avenue homicide

ALBANY, Ga. – Two individuals have been arrested and another is wanted in connection to the homicide that occurred in the 500 block of Dorsett Avenue in Albany late Wednesday.
Yesterday, Albany Police arrested 18-year-old Darek Tyshon Garner in connection with the shooting death of 27-year-old Deoandra Devon Butler. Garner is currently being held in the Dougherty County Jail on charges of murder and conspiracy to commit a crime.
18-year-old Imani J’anice Williams is also being held in the Dougherty County Jail for tampering with evidence in connection to this incident.
17-year-old Rontavis Dequse Davis Jr. has been identified as a third suspect and is currently being sought after for murder.
