24-year-old hit by car after running into traffic after altercation in Albany

ALBANY, Ga. – A 24-year-old male is currently in critical condition at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital after being hit by a vehicle in the 300 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard.

It’s said that the man ran into traffic after being involved in a fight at the Albany Transportation Center.

The incident is still under investigation by the Albany Police Department’s Traffic Unit.
