17-year-old arrested for theft and illegally possession of a firearm

ALBANY, Ga. – On Sunday, June 30th, officers arrested 17-year-old Devontae Brown.

Brown was charged with theft by taking a firearm and possession of a firearm by a person under 18.

According to the victim, Brown stole a pistol from his vehicle and fled on foot. The pistol was later recovered during the execution of a search warrant.
