WCSS names new Superintendent

(SYLVESTER, GA) – The Worth County School System now has a new a superintendent.

The Worth County Board of Education named Thomasville High School Principal, Dr Shannon Norfleet as their new superintendent at a school board meeting Tuesday.

This comes after current superintendent, Bill Settle announced he would be retiring from the position back in February.

Settle will be staying on board with the Worth County School System as a special adviser when Norfleet starts on July 1st.
