Albany man arrested for fatal drive-by shooting

Brown accused in the November 5th murder of 24-year-old Montravious Gibson

ALBANY, GA – The Albany Police Department announced today of active warrants for Jauron Brown’s arrest. The 28 year old is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during certain crimes, and Br.

Gibson was killed in a drive-by shooting on November 5th in the 600 block of West First Avenue, near Madison Street.

Brown, at last report, was being held in the Dougherty County Jail.
