Ward 2 is Operation Clean Sweep’s next Albany target

Weed trimming, grass cutting and refuse pick-up are all part of the plan

ALBANY, GA- The Good Life City’s ongoing beautification efforts intensify tomorrow as Albany’s Public Works Department continues “Operation Clean Sweep.”

The revitalization efforts will focus on the specific areas within Ward two starting at 8:00 AM.

The clean-up will entail curb trimming, weed eating, and litter pick-up in the target areas of Blaylock Street to Maple Street as well as Clark Avenue to East 4th Avenue.

City officials emphasize citizens to keep their yards and property clean and litter-free.
