Votes are coming in for Tuesday’s special election

LEE COUNTY, Ga. – Early results showed Jim Quinn securing nearly 80% of the votes in Tuesday’s special election.
As of 9:10 p.m., the votes coming in remove Quinn’s significant lead.
Voting results for 1 county and 1 precinct are yet to be received.
Carden Summers is now ahead of Quinn by over 100 votes.
UPDATE: As of 9:20 p.m. Carden Summers unofficially won with 5,154 votes. These are the unofficial results and the totals may not include all Absentee or Provisional Ballots.
