Nadia Osman, a small business development center instructor for The University of Georgia, discusses the importance of digital marketing for small businesses and how these businesses, in turn, impact the community.
“Small businesses, make up the fabric of our communities and what they do in person they often are not able to do online as well. that’s what we’re focused on today, making sure that people understand that the digital space is their new storefront. most people will start by researching them online before they even get the opportunity to meet with that customer face to face. So, we’re trying to help people translate what they already do so well in person into the digital space,” says Osman.
The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center has resources for those looking to improve their digital presence in business.
“So, I’m with The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center, and we have no cost consulting as well as no and low-cost classes designed to help entrepreneurs. our mission is to enhance the well-being of Georgians. and we focus on that every day through our consulting and our classes. and you can find out more about us by Home | University of Georgia Small Business Development Center (georgiasbdc.org),” says Osman.
