Two wounded in separate Albany shootings
One victim hospitalized after suffering multiple gunshot wounds
ALBANY, GA – Albany Police are investigating a pair of shootings early Wednesday afternoon.
The first shooting was reported just before 12:30 in the 1600 block of Cromartie Beach Drive.
Police say a 30 year old was shot multiple times before being ambulanced to an area hospital.
Less than 30 minutes later, a 19 year old was found in the 1700 block of Melrose Drive, suffering a single gunshot wound to his side.
No suspects are in custody in either incident as of press time.
No word as to whether the incidents may be connected.
