Today’s Weather Authority Forecast: June 13, 2022

The heat cranks up this week! Temps in mid-upper 90’s with Heat Index ranging from 105-108 near Heat Advisory criteria from the beginning of the week all the way to Juneteenth & Father’s Day weekend.

The heat will be dangerous to those without proper cooling & hydration. Be safe!


There will be a chance of showers and thunderstorms each day, highest during the early portion of the week, and lowest the rest of the week.

A few storms may become strong with gusty winds, small hail, torrential downpours that could lead to localized flooding of poor drainage areas, and dangerous lightning.

It’s important to know the signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke as temperatures reach dangerous levels.
