Tifton E.B. Hamilton Sports Complex to celebrate grand opening April 6 after $16M renovation

TIFTON, Ga. – A major community sports facility in Tifton is set to reopen to the public following extensive upgrades.

The grand opening of the renovated E.B. Hamilton Sports Complex is scheduled for Monday, April 6 at 5:30 p.m.

County leaders say the project represents more than $16 million in renovations to the multi-field complex, which is used for baseball and softball games, tournament play, and community events. The updated facility is designed to host both local recreation and larger competitive events.

The celebration will include a parade of athletes and food for attendees, marking what officials describe as a significant investment in recreation opportunities for residents.

Community members are encouraged to attend the event and take part in the celebration as the upgraded complex is officially unveiled.

The grand opening will take place at the E.B. Hamilton Sports Complex located at 3199 E.B. Hamilton Drive in Tifton.
